COLTS Services
Daily Service
COLTS runs 29 direct fixed routes from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. Some earlier and later service is available on select COLTS routes on both weekdays and Saturdays.
Please see individual schedules for timetables. These 29 routes all stop at the 100 Block of Wyoming Avenue, also called the "bus hub" or "bus zone."

COLTS provides additional shuttle service through a private sub-contractor that originate at the Viewmont Mall, not the 100 Block of Wyoming Avenue:

Evening Transportation for Work and Job Training
The Evening City Circle Routes provide transportation for second- and third-shift employees in Scranton between 7 p.m. and 1 a.m. There are two routes.
Both shuttle buses circle their routes continually, beginning and ending in the 100 block of Wyoming Avenue.
Regular fare is $1.50 on the Evening City Circle Routes, and transfers are 50¢.
The #71 Evening City Circle North goes as far north as the Viewmont Mall and Wal-Mart.
The #72 Evening City Circle South heads as far south as the Shoppes at Montage and Cinemark Theater.
The #73 Saturday Night Special route originates at The University of Scranton and travels downtown and up to the Viewmont Mall and IMAX Theater. The #73 Saturday Night Special runs from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. - looping the route every hour - September through May only.
Reduced fare bus passes are available for people going to work in the evening through a program called Job Access Reverse Commute (JARC). If you are employed and you meet federal low-to-moderate income guidelines, you may be eligible for a discounted COLTS bus pass. Call 346-2061, ext. 1264 for more information about this program.
Paratransit Service
COLTS provides complementary paratransit service to individuals who have a disability that prevents them from using the fixed route bus system. COLTS provides this service through a contract with Lackawanna County Coordinated Transportation (LCCTS).
