Planning Your Trip

You can plan your trip by calling COLTS at 346-2061 and telling us where you’re planning to go. A customer service employee will help you.

You should tell the employee three things:

1. Where you will be starting your trip (this might be your home address)
2. Where you want to go (for example, the Albright Memorial Library)
3. The time you want to travel (for example, you need to be at a doctor’s office for a 10:30 a.m. appointment on Thursday.)

The COLTS customer service employee will then tell you what route – or routes – you will need to take to get you where you want to go.
