President's Day
COLTS will have regular bus service on Monday, Feb. 20, 2012. COLTS Administrative Offices will be closed in observance of President's Day. COLTS Offices will re-open at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21.

Change to Evening City Circle North Route
The Evening City Circle North no longer stops at the IMAX Theater or Kohl's in Dickson City. The shuttle does, however, stop at Wal-Mart. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Old Forge Bus Service Change
As of Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011, Old Forge bus service changed because of the opening of a new bypass road in Taylor and the closure of the Main Street Bridge. Old Forge buses that do NOT service Stauffer Industrial Park will return to the former regular route and will no longer service Oak Street, Keyser Avenue, and Union Street. Weight restrictions imposed by PennDOT prevent COLTS from traveling on Union Street.

Pittston Route
COLTS has restructured its Pittston route because of the Main Street Bridge closure in Moosic. The following detour took effect April 14, 2011 until further notice. The outbound trip from Spingbrook Road/502 is as follows: right on Birney Ave./Route 11, left on Main Street, right on 3rd St./Moosic Road, left on Minooka Avenue, left on Dupont Street, left on Main Street, and right on Birney Ave./Route 11. The bus will then continue its regular route outbound to Avoca. The inbound trip from Birney Ave./Route 11 is as follows: left on Main Street, right on 3rd Street/Moosic Road, left on Minooka Avenue, left on Dupont Street, left on Main Street, right on Birney Ave/Route 11, and left on Springbrook Road/502. The bus then continues the regular route inbound towards Scranton. COLTS regrets any inconvenience this may cause.
