#52 Carbondale Detour Effective May 6, 2013
COLTS inbound and outbound buses on the #52 Carbondale route are being detoured to remain on Boulevard Avenue and are not providing service to Pancoast Street and Olyphant Avenue until further notice.

#31 Old Forge Detour Effective January 23, 2013
COLTS has a temporary detour on its #31 Old Forge bus route, effective Wednesday, January 23, 2013. The new outer terminus changed because of the bridge repair on Main Street. Instead of going down Bridge Street, turning right onto Lonesome Road, and coming back up Main Street, COLTS will remain on Main St., turn right onto Milwaukee Ave., turn right onto Drake’s Lane, and then turn left to get back onto Main St. Lonesome Road will no longer be served until the bridge is repaired.

On Monday, January 7, 2013, the #46 Mall Circulator route changed.

On Jan. 1, 2013, COLTS merged with Coordinated Transportation.

All fixed route service, shared ride programs, MATP, and complementary paratransit services are now under the umbrella of “COLTS.” All services are still available; no services have been cut. COLTS officials will be doing outreach this Spring and Summer at all the senior centers and high-rises to inform our clients of how services will improve and any additional services that are expected to become available.

COLTS' Stop at Carbondale Highrise Discontinued
The COLTS #52 Carbondale bus no longer stops at the senior highrise at 77 North Main Street at the request of the Carbondale Housing Authority. This will begin with the first bus on Monday, Oct. 22, 2012.

COLTS' Trips to Monroe County Discontinued
COLTS' trips to Monroe County via Mount Airy Casino Resort have been discontinued indefinitely.

Temporary Detour on #53 Marywood/U of S
Due to construction on Mulberry Street, the #53 Marywood/U of S bus is now turning on Madison and Mulberry, NOT Quincy and Mulberry, until further notice, on both the inbound and outbound routes.

Permanent changes on #12 Jessup Route
If you have already picked up a NEW #12 Jessup schedule, please note that effective Aug. 13, 2012, the new outer terminus for the #12 Jessup route is the baseball field located on Hill Street, Route 247.
Please also note that as of July 9, COLTS buses no longer directly service the Penn State Worthington/Scranton campus.
